The Real Life Association is an organization that functions as a network for youth groups in East-Africa.

Our vision:
To transform the young generation, making them a powerful resource in our society.Our mission:
To strengthen the youth intellectually, by motivating them to use their potential, their talents. In that way they can influence the world around them in a positive manner. It is our conviction that every individual has the capacity to be productive under the right conditions. We aim to create good conditions and to make good use of the smallest opportunities.Our objectives:
- To empower young people by giving them direction on how to position themselves in their own community.
- To help youth groups to identify and establish projects that can strengthen their economic status, based on their own ideas.
- To offer youth groups a platform were they can motivate each other, discuss their problems and share their ideas, knowledge and experience.
Our activities:
- Motivational seminars
- Field visits to youth groups
- Giving loans for investment
- Organise a conference for youth groups once per year.
Our guiding principles:
- Faith in the word of God We believe in the integrity of the word of the one true God and as such rely on Him to guide all our operations.
- Transparency and accountability We value transparency and accountability. All our operations are carried out in conformity with all existing laws. We oppose to corruption in all its forms.
- Partnership We believe that through partnership the standard of living of every individual can be improved. As such we will work together with other organizations /individuals to fulfil our mission.
- Openhearted sharing We encourage a culture of carefree giving. We want to make it possible for those who are willing to do so.
